Company History

     Huahin Supsiri Property Co., Ltd. is a leading land and real estate development company, with over 24 years of proven expertise in business management and construction supervision. The company’s journey began with hotel construction and management, before expanding into land development and real estate projects for sale in Hat Yai, Songkla, under the “Casa Collina Rim Khlong” and another projects.

     Subsequently, the company expanded its business to Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan, establishing Huahin Supsiri Property Co., Ltd. to develop modern Thai-style housing projects under the “Huahin Supsiri” brand. This was followed by contemporary residential projects, including “Casa Collina Hua Hin,” located near the hills and surrounded by natural scenery with comprehensive facilities. The company has continued to grow and expand its projects in Hua Hin, including “Casa Collina Mon-Mai,” which comprises townhouses and commercial buildings.

     Subsequently, the company expanded its business to meet the needs of all customer segments by launching a condominium project in 2012, “The 88 Condo Hua Hin.” Nestled in a natural setting with panoramic views, the project is situated on over 5 rai of land, comprising 3 buildings with a total of 252 units. It is located in Soi Hua Hin 88, directly opposite Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin and close to the Hua Hin Provincial Court.

     As the company’s projects progressed successfully, we began searching for a new location for condominium development and identified Soi Hua Hin 102 as a high-potential area. In 2017, the company launched a resort-style condominium project, “My Style Hua Hin 102,” situated on over 3 rai of land, comprising 2 buildings with a total of 214 units. The project is located in the city center, conveniently close to shopping malls and the beach.

     In 2021, the company launched a new condominium project in the heart of Hua Hin, “Mira Monte Hua Hin 94,” located in Soi 94. The project features a modern design on a 1-rai site, comprising an 8-story building with 115 residential units and 1 commercial unit, surrounded by comprehensive amenities. The project is just 600 meters from Petchkasem Road, approximately a 5-minute drive to the beach. This development is managed by Thanthara Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Huahin Supsiri Property Co., Ltd.

In 2023, the company launched a luxury single-detached pool villa project, “Terra The Privacy,” comprising 4 exclusive units. Located in Soi Hua Hin 112, the project is just 10–15 minutes from Hua Hin Beach. The house has been designed to be modern in “Palm Springs” style in California and bring the outstanding features of that city to Thailand. Moreover, this style of house is rarely seen in Hua Hin. Therefore leading to the unique concept in the prime location of Hua Hin city. In the heart of nature which is peaceful and private.

Latest in 2025, The company continued to grow its residential developments by launching a new modern luxury pool villa project, “Terra The Exclusive” situated on a 10-rai site in the prime location of Hua Hin Soi 112. The project features a modern design concept that blends luxury with lush natural surroundings, providing a complete living experience that meets the needs and expectations of residents.
